Replacement MAFI fan blade
Sourcing of a matching replacement engine fan blade from Italy, with air freight, packing, customs and documentation handled.

Syncrolift rail and foundation replacement
Replacement of damaged rail and concrete foundation at the ADSB syncrolift (EPR 202614883), including side transfer pit repair and concrete floor enhancement.

Marine cleat bollards at syncrolift pier
Supply and installation of two high-strength marine cleat bollards at the ADSB syncrolift pier (RFQ 201916918), including third-party load testing, SWL certification and warranty.

Supply and installation of a fully enclosed acoustic meeting booth for 1–4 persons (Urban 411 Smart Four, 2.2 × 1.2 × 2.2 m, B-class acoustics), including delivery and on-site assembly.

Construction of a shaded, centralised gas cylinder storage area with Civil Defence approval.
Utility & infrastructure
ADMCC cable relocation
Relocation of ADMCC cabling along a mall access road, including excavation, manholes, pull boxes, PVC ducts and reinstatement, with approvals coordinated through a permitting consultant.
Specialist installations
Sauna and cold plunge installation
Installation of an indoor sauna and cold plunge tub, including lifting and rigging, plumbing, electrical connection, commissioning and a 12-visit annual maintenance plan.

Camp shed structure
Design and build of a 20 m × 15 m tent-type shed with foundations, paving, electrical and lighting.
